Data Deletion

Send a deletion request to our support team from the email address linked to your account. If you are requesting deletion for an organization, include the organization name and the registered business email.

For faster processing, use the subject line "Delete My Data" and include the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Your organization name, if applicable
• The WhatsApp phone number or business account name, if connected
• A short confirmation that you want the account and associated data deleted

After we verify your request, we remove or disconnect the following data from our systems, where permitted by law:

• Your account profile and login access
• Organization settings linked to your account
• Stored WhatsApp integration details such as access tokens, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and phone number ID
• Campaign configuration data and message template drafts tied to your account
• Uploaded files and related operational data that are not required to be retained

If you have connected WhatsApp through Meta, we also disconnect that integration from our platform during the deletion process.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, or security reasons. This can include GST records, invoice and payment history, audit logs, dispute records, and other information required by applicable Indian law.

We keep only the minimum data necessary for those purposes and do not use retained records for new product activity after your deletion request is completed.
